One of my first photos with my new Nikon. A storm raged across West Grand Traverse Bay as I drove home this night.  As it clung to the shoreline of Old Mission Peninsula I was afforded time to collect my gear and wait.  And the wait was definitely worth it.  Not a drop fell on me this evening but boy that was not the case on the Peninsula.  Lucky or blessed, either way I was treated to a once in a lifetime moment.  Traverse City, Michigan
