One minuscule speck in the universe, this person with his dogs, wades in the California surf.  He chooses to be bathed in its ever changing boundaries. One minute in the water and out the next.  A safer soul might choose not to get his feet wet and play it safe.  Another may only wade in the water and love the exhilaratiom it affords him.
